Built beside/on the site of an old steel mill & shipyard just inside the Arctic Circle. They incorporated a bunch of old elements from the mill, like the ladle for molten iron, random containers, girders, etc., into the site & it looks dope.
One major problem, which was also a skatepark design trend at the time, is the large grassy section in the centre, which quickly turns to mud.
